EQUIP - Building the Foundation
We believe every church is called to be a sending church. That’s why we come alongside pastors and missions teams to equip them with the vision, training, and tools they need to lead their congregation into global engagement.
Through practical training, cross-cultural preparation, and discipleship resources, we help local churches lay the foundation for missions that lasts. When the whole church understands God’s heart for the nations, sending becomes a natural extension of discipleship.

STRENGTHEN - Developing Leaders + Systems
Healthy leaders create healthy churches — and healthy churches send healthy missionaries. We provide the support and systems leaders need to sustain missions as part of their church’s DNA.
From coaching pastors and missions committees, to designing care systems for missionaries, to offering encouragement and strategy sessions, our goal is simple: help leaders stay strong for the Great Commission. When leaders are strengthened, the church is positioned to thrive in its global calling.
