We believe the local church is God’s chosen way to reach and disciple the nations. Our heart at Among the Nations is to come alongside missionaries and pastors to encourage them and support the calling God has placed on their life.

If God has placed a vision on your heart for your city, your region, or your nation, we’d love to learn more and explore how we can serve together. Our goal is simple: equip local churches, strengthen leaders, and mobilize the church until every nation is following Jesus.

    Ryan & Christy Thomas

    Spain

    Ryan & Christy Thomas work in Valencia, Spain to plant churches in the region, discipling and raising up leaders to see secular Europeans transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. They are currently planting a church in the heart of the city, “Naciones” (Nations), that is reaching Spaniards and other internationals alike. Their heart is to see revival in Europe and a church-planting movement sparked.

    Thomas & Jamie Harger

    Peru

    Thomas and Jamie serve in the Peruvian Amazon, working in one of the most remote regions of South America, an area known for having the world’s highest concentration of uncontacted peoples. This unique setting shapes their mission: equipping indigenous pastors and strengthening local churches through mobile, seminary-level training. Traveling by river and trail to multiple jungle communities, they focus on church planting, discipleship, and leadership development, raising up men who can teach and shepherd their own people. Their desire is to see a growing movement of healthy, biblical, indigenous-led churches throughout the Amazon.

    Raj & Shova Kumar

    Nepal + India

    Pastor Raj and his family live in Nepal near the border of India, placing them in a unique position to serve both nations. Working along side his team of 30 local pastors, Raj has planted 75 house churches and reached over 180 mountain villages. His passion is to continue bringing the gospel to unreached villages and planting churches along the way.

    Ecuador

    Since 2017, Kingdom Acts has partnered with rural and remote communities in Ecuador to share the hope and love of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to bring the Gospel where few go, build churches where there are none, and equip pastors and young leaders to reach their own people. Our vision is to see a new generation of disciples and leaders raised up, trained, and sent back to transform their communities and impact the nations for Christ.

    Andy & Andrea Baker

    Bolivia

    The Bakers have been living and serving in Bolivia since 2001. Andy & Andrea co-founded Project Suma that holistically supports sexually exploited women and their children through street outreach, crisis care, counseling, discipleship, economic empowerment, and advocacy. They also serve their local church in missions mobilization, leadership care, and men's ministry. They have four boys, two young adults in the US and two high schoolers in Bolivia.

    Philippines

    Founded in 1994, Happy Horizons Ranch has been home to hundreds of rescued children and is committed to holistic, Christ-centered care. By God’s grace, we provide 24-hour care that includes dorms with house parents, nutritious meals, Christian education on campus, opportunities for higher education, and access to physical and mental health care. Currently, 50 children ages 4 to 24 live at Happy Horizons Children’s Ranch.

    Kenya

    Water for Nations was founded with a passion to bring clean water to communities in need. Since 2015, we’ve worked on the ground in Kenya, drilling more than 50 wells to provide safe, reliable water. But our mission goes beyond water. At each well site, we share the message of living water through Jesus Christ and help connect people to their local church. We also address critical social challenges in Kenya, which led to the launch of The Palm Ministries, an outreach focused on supporting young teenage mothers impacted by sexual abuse, early pregnancy, and homelessness.
